Terms of service

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity of everyone you invite into your organisation. Roles determine what each member can see and change.

Trend scores, health scores, supplier attributes and pricing suggestions are research inputs derived from collected signals. They are not advice and not a prediction of sales, margin or profitability. You remain responsible for verifying supplier terms, stock, shipping, duty, compliance and market fit before committing spend.

When you connect a store you authorise NicheTrendFinder to create and update listings on your instruction. The first publish to a store requires your explicit confirmation before any automated publishing can be enabled.

Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, misrepresent product origin or safety, resell raw platform data, or attempt to access another organisation's workspace.

Some features depend on external providers — commerce platform APIs, currency rate sources, and optional data providers you enable with your own credentials. Those providers set their own terms, pricing and availability, and your use of them is governed by their agreements as well as these terms. Coverage and freshness vary by source; a provider outage or a credential you have not supplied can leave a feature limited or unavailable.

Supplier verification is not automatic. A record is only shown as field-verified where a human or partner review supports it; every other state describes exactly what has and has not been checked.

NicheTrendFinder is in early access and self-serve billing is not switched on yet. Early-access workspaces are not charged, and account owners will be notified before any payment is taken. Once live, paid plans renew for the period you select until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancellation and refund handling is described in the refund & cancellation policy.

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where practical, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

If these terms change materially we will notify account owners before the change takes effect.
