The workflow

Five steps between a hunch and a funded test

Nothing here happens invisibly. Each step names its data source, shows what has been checked and what has not, and leaves the decision with you.

1 · Get data into the workspace

Products, niches and suppliers arrive one of two ways: through two signed public endpoints your external pipeline posts to, or through the manual entry forms in the app. Both paths are documented inside the workspace with copyable examples.

The app itself does not crawl the web. It stores, scores and compares what you feed it.

2 · Compare signals, not headlines

Every trend, demand and growth update is written to history, so charts draw real points over time. Saturation and recorded store counts sit alongside, and the Product Health Score combines momentum, saturation and gross margin into a single 0–100 read.

A brand-new record shows a single point. The app says so rather than inventing a curve.

3 · Look at who would make it

Supplier records carry MOQ, lead time, response history and listed certifications, plus an explicit trust tier. Visual search matches an uploaded photo against indexed supplier catalogues when you have added a Replicate token.

Field-verified requires a human or partner review. It is never assigned by an automated check.

4 · Make the commercial case

The landed cost calculator takes unit cost, freight, platform fee percentage, an import duty estimate and your target ad CPA, converts currency using cached FX rates, and shows what is actually left per unit.

Outputs are only as good as your inputs. Treat them as a model, not a quote.

5 · Publish the ones you back

Pricing rules resolve in a fixed order — client override, then competitor matching if enabled, then tiered defaults — with currency conversion and rounding applied last. Push to Shopify or WooCommerce and watch each job in the ops console.

A store's first push must be confirmed manually before automated pushing unlocks for it.
